A small update for you this month.
We are shipping your eteeController SteamVR throughout February and we are aiming to finish shipping all units by the end of the month. Please be patient during this process as we are receiving a lot of chases for tracking information. As soon as your controllers are ready, you will receive tracking via the email entered into your crowdfunding platform of choice.
If for any reason after February you still have not received any notification that they are on their way, then please do log a ticket with our eteeSupport service and we will check the status of your order as a priority.
eteeSupport aims to be the best support service in the VR space and as such we are constantly adding new FAQs to our Knowledge Base. Please do check this before submitting any tickets to us as it may answer your question.
Support hours are 9:30-5:30 Mon-Fri (GMT) and we will provide a response within 24 hours of your ticket being logged, within our support hours.
We have a new Github Developer site that has gone live, you can find the links in our blog article (link below) our Python API code package is now available.
