Shipping Policy

Kickstarter and Indiegogo backer rewards will be shipped internationally.

For Shopify purchases we aim to provide full international shipping as soon as possible.

Currently we are shipping to Japan, Europe and United States.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to the total based on the shipping address. Import charges may apply at custom.



Currently, all etee orders are shipped from warehouses located in Shenzhen, China. 


Parcel Carrier

UPS, FedEx or DHL delivers shipments within the EU and Japan, depending on location and availability.


Shipping costs 

You will see an estimate for shipping costs before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, types of product were ordered, and total quantity of devices were ordered.


Change or cancel shipment

You can change or cancel shipment within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours has passed, your order is processed in the warehouse and can no longer be changed, cancelled or recalled.

*Some postal codes might not be available if they are located within an offshore territory. For example, we are unable to ship to the Isle of Man, Réunion, the Canary Islands, or Puerto Rico.

We will be adding more shipping countries with time. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on new shipping destinations.

Postal forwarders

We are able to work with postal forwarders. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment with the postal forwarder and covering all applicable fees, duties etc.


Unsuccessful delivery

When the carrier is unable to deliver an order, it is returned to our warehouse. All charges, excluding shipping, are automatically refunded to the original payment method.

If shipment is rejected, the shipping charge will not be refunded, and any charge caused for return will be deducted from the refund. 

Undeliverable orders cannot be shipped again. You will need to re-order the products with an accurate shipping address.

Note: You will be charged the price that is listed on the etee store at the time of your purchase. If you previously purchased devices during a sale, and the product is returned, that same discount can not be applied if the sale ends. 


Missing orders

Please contact Customer Support to report any lost or stolen orders. 


Track a shipment

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped with parcel tracking information


Parcel held in ParcelShop

If you have not received your shipment, it may be stored at a local ParcelShop. This happens if the carrier cannot locate your address or no one was present to accept and sign the parcel at delivery address. 

When a shipment is held at a ParcelShop, it will not be re-delivered. If the shipment is not picked up by the recipient within the limited hold period, the shipment will be returned to the etee warehouse. 

Track your shipment with the carrier weather your parcel is held, so that you can arrange to pick it up.

Note: For orders made through the etee store in the European Union, depending  on your region, the carrier may have tried to deliver your order to a neighbor and has left a notification card.


Import duty and tax

For orders shipped to an UK address, there will be no import duty and taxes. An additional VAT will be added when you check out your orders. 

For orders shipped to other countries, import duty and tax may occur on your order depending on your shipment address. You will receive an email/letter/message from the courier including the import charge details and payment instruction.


Shipment of backorder or pre-order

If you are pre-ordering a product, the estimated shipping date will be indicated before you place the order. You will receive an email as soon as your product ships.
