I hope you are all well, here is your update for April 2023.
We have shipped around 265 units currently to our Kickstarter & Indiegogo Backers!
Thank you for all the posts in our Discord Community showing them off, it is great to see them out in the wild.
Those that are still waiting, we apologise as we have identified some units that have hardware defects, which has caused a delay. We have been fixing those affected units in the factory and prepping any replacement units that will need to be sent out.
Our replacement process is still being streamlined but if for any reason you need a replacement unit it will take around 3-4 weeks before it is dispatched. Shipping all remaining units is still the priority so that we can get the products to backers that made etee a reality.
We are however, still missing a large number of addresses for Indiegogo specifically.
We are going to email each of you independently over the coming week to verify your current details, so please be on the lookout for those emails and check your spam folders.
Those that are Kickstarter backers that still have not received their units, please log a ticket with your backer number and eteeSupport will cross reference with our records to determine the reason as to why they have not been shipped yet.
We are at the last phase of our crowd funded project so once again, thank you for your patience.
